A Few Of My Favourite Things!
Throughout the 10+ years I’ve worked as a Realtor, I have built an extensive network of professionals that my clients rely on. All of them are experts in their field, so you can rest assured that they will deliver outstanding work. I am happy to connect you with any of them—just ask!

Robert Mogensen-Mortgage Broker
Rob has been a friend for over 50 years and is my go-to guy to help my buyers and sellers find the best mortgage options possible. He’s loyal, quick to respond, and always willing to work so hard for our clients.
BTM Lawyers LLP
Not your average law firm, this Port Moody-based team is highly skilled and always delivers great customer service. Legal matters can be intimidating, but BTM does much to make the experience less stressful.
1st Choice Inspection Services
More than just a great home inspector, Ray Toscani is always up for an adventure with yours truly. Bowen Island, Gabriola Island, or Chilliwack—no problem. Ray is a calm and knowledgeable professional who helps buyers by offering sound advice and education on how to care for their new home.
Westland Insurance
Finding the right home insurance isn’t usually high on the list of things people love doing, but Westland Insurance definitely makes the process easier. In particular, I recommend the Coquitlam Centre location.

Vivio Flower Gallery
An artisan flower studio with a charming storefront located in Port Moody. Captivating and bespoke flower arrangements, plants, and thoughtfully curated gifts make this my go-to destination for client pick-me-ups, home staging, and usually a little something for myself.
Layered Home Living
Whether browsing this furniture, home décor and gift store online or in-store, it is always exciting to see what Liliana and her team are up to. If you are looking to furnish and accessorize your new home with swoon-worthy pieces or pick up a memorable gift for a friend, this is the place for you.
Home Lounge Interiors
This home décor and interior design store is located in Suter Brook Village, only steps from my office. Can you guess how often I stop by to see what’s new? More than home décor, Anna has a thoughtfully curated selection of jewelry, cards, and products from Lower Mainland artisans.
Nordstrom
It goes without saying that if you like the finer things in life, Nordstrom is the place to shop. Trust me, there’s nothing better than an afternoon of shopping topped off with a delicious cocktail at their in-house bar.
Hampton Home Living
I’m so happy that this reincarnation of one of my favourite Tri-Cities stores is now open! A boutique garden centre with plants, home décor, clothing, and accessories thoughtfully chosen with an emphasis on local suppliers and designers.

Nook Restaurant
Italian food is everywhere but in my opinion, there’s no place in the Lower Mainland better than Nook. Burrata, prosciutto, bread, gnocchi, red wine, or one of their daily specials will transport you to foodie heaven. They also have the best playlists, so when I want to feel the Nook vibe but can’t be there in person, I jump on Spotify and groove along.
Gotham Steakhouse & Bar
A classic steakhouse and cocktail bar that offers impeccable service. Whether a special celebration, happy hour with your besties, or dining with clients, Gotham will not disappoint. Downtown, upscale, and oh-so perfect. Chef’s kiss.
Big Feast
This place is one of my favourite places to stop when I’m in Maple Ridge. With its focus on local foods, gluten-free, and vegan options, there’s truly something for everyone. Plus you can never have too many good brunch spots!
Doughnut Love
Some things just go together, and doughnuts and love definitely fit the bill. They’re hand-crafted and locally-owned, plus a portion of monthly sales of a featured doughnut is donated to a local charity. A treat for your tummy and the community, who can resist that?
Cakes N Sweets
Did I mention that I have a sweet tooth? I have been visiting this Coquitlam-based bakery since it opened its doors in 2014. Their cakes are heavenly, though their macarons, deserts, and cupcakes also can’t be beat. Trust me, you have to go.

Vanessa Bucceri Creative
Just one look at Vanessa’s branding and web design portfolio and I knew she was the right fit for me! So much more than her amazing creative services, Vanessa is intuitive and incredibly generous with ideas and advice. I am so grateful for this coveted professional.
MJ Photography
Marissa is a total pro and so much fun to be around. Because seriously, who actually likes being photographed? Not me, but this girl made it less stressful and her results speak for themselves. Plus you can’t help but love a kid that grew up in The Heights!
Jukebox Print
I know there are tons of printers to work with out there, but this one is local, creative, and totally fun. Great products, service, and prices—plus did I mention their super cute packaging? One trip to their shop and you’ll want to decorate your office to match their boxes!
Social Squares
A stock image membership that makes this less-than-creative girl show up online effortlessly. I don’t know about you, but I would rather be showing homes and writing contracts, so this invaluable resource frees up my time to do exactly what I love—working with my clients!
