After going through all the offers you receive, I’ll advise you on which offer to accept and will negotiate with the prospective buyers on your behalf.
5. FINALIZING THE SALE
Before a sale can be finalized, we have to make sure all conditions (if there were any) are satisfied. This could mean your home needs to pass an inspection, or the sale could be contingent on the buyer’s financing or sale of their current home.
